Support the Water/Wastewater practice by providing technical support for utility design related projects, including treatment plants, pump/booster stations and water distribution systems. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of projects within prescribed budgets. Develop technical solutions by applying engineering knowledge and supervise less experienced staff.
Leads project management services for all facilities for major and minor project and alteration services. Provides project estimation and project supervision. Reviews and comments on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings. Operates, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and other equipment incidental to the operation of the building as directed by management.
The Director of Permitting and Development Execution – East will be responsible for managing site development, permitting, and entitlements for a portfolio of distribution-interconnected solar projects across the East Coast, with a focus on Pennsylvania. This individual will collaborate with internal teams to advance projects through environmental and site surveys, permitting, and entitlement processes. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
